This will automatically be added to your order should you choice a delivery destination outside of the UK.

Delivery Time
Customers should expect to receive delivery in 2-5 working days after receipt of order, provided payment is received before 2.00pm. Although every effort is made to achieve delivery in 2-5 working days, during busy periods this may be delayed, so please allow up to 7 working Days.
Intersales Music Limited is under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales. If you have not received your item within 5 working days of completion of your order, please call us on 01536 521202 (Monday to Thursday 10:00am - 4:30pm) or alternatively email us at sales@intersalesmusic.co.uk so that we can track your order status.
If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Correct Number of Parcels
Please check the delivery note for the amount of parcels you should receive. If they are not all delivered it is very important you write on the delivery note the number of parcels you have received and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. If you sign for the amount of parcels shown on the delivery note but report later that they were not delivered we will not be able to process any claim for the missing item.
Refusing Goods Any item that is refused at the delivery address for any reason will incur additional carriage charges. We will be charged for the item to be returned to us, which you will be liable for and there will be an additional charge for resending the item. This extra delivery cost must be paid before the item is resent.
